ROLLED OATS AND WHEAT GERM

Ingredients:

1/2 C. rolled oats
1 C. water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1/4 C. soy milk


Directions:

For 6 mins microwave your oats and water.
Then add in your flax oil, wheat germ, and honey.
Finally add your milk and enjoy warm.
