HALLOWEEN OATS
Ingredients
1/2 C. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 C. soy milk
1/4 C. canned pumpkin puree
3 dashes ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp avocado honey
Directions:
Add the following to a big pot:
cinnamon, oats, puree, and soy milk.
Get everything boiling then lower the heat and let the mixture lightly boil for 7 mins. Add in your honey and
oats, and let the oatmeal sit for 2 mins.
Enjoy.
